ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processes within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from Norway.

Estimated delivery times 

• Norway: 2-7 business days
• Europe: 5-10 business days 
• Rest of the world: 7-20 business days 

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs processing, and local conditions. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed in our store. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available for the selected shipping method. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
